Gold Key, Realtors® has been prominent in the Rockwall area since the seventies, and has steadily evolved to its current position and location.  Originally a franchise investment, that affiliation was dropped in the early nineties, and the company continues to re-evaluate the market for needed changes from the perspective of how to best serve their clients.  As the tempo of the business has increased each year, many of Gold Key’s practices have also changed.  For example,  most home buyers in today’s market shop “on-line”, and Gold Key’s agents are quick to adapt to the “internet buyer” needs and expectations. 

Many agents also have their own individual web sites in which they use promote listings and assist buyers; and all agents have the ability to email listings, and can even send out automated email notifications when new listings come on the market.  As technology advances, so do we.
