Sellers:
At Gold Key, Realtors® , we will strive to sell your home for the best possible price in the shortest amount of time possible.  The methods used to accomplish this often vary since every home is different.  However, here are many of the common items provided to Gold Key clients:
 
  • Provide a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home
  • Assist you in deciding how your home compares to others in the area to determine what price to market your home for now, and continuously re-evaluate that price
  • Offer suggestions to make the property "show" better, again striving towards that ultimate goal (highest price, shortest time!)
  • Place your home in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system within 24 hrs.
  • Place a Gold Key, Realtors® sign in your yard and a key box for showing access (by other agents) the same day or within 24 hrs.
  • List your property with a showing service company to schedule all showings for other real estate agents (ensures you do not miss a showing!)
  • Take exterior and interior digital photos for marketing purposes
  • Create flyers describing the property along with color photos.  Place those flyers with the yard sign, inside the home, and any other place applicable (ex: local MLS tour meetings, etc...)
  • Personalized plan of other marketing avenues that best fit your home
  • Hold an "Open House" to attract more prospective buyers if applicable
  • Follow up on each showing of your property
  • Frequent updates on any showing activities and feedback or changes in the market
  • Negotiate in your best interest with the Buyer's agent on any offers made
  • Prepare an estimate of your next proceeds at the asking price as well as with each offer received
